Changed the '%' counter in the dialogs to progress bars. Mail2000 now knows about timezones - the dates are converted to GMT so they are sorted correctly. Fixed a bug that caused Mail2000 to sometimes stay in the background when a document was dragged onto it from the finder. Added selecting of next/previous marked mail.

Major update. It is now possible to display the mails with stripped headers. Some small bug fixes. Added extra header strings which can be defined.

Bug fixed which caused trouble when the time in the date-field did
not contain any seconds. Added an extra option to sort the threads menu
by date instead of alphabetically. Better handling of low memory
conditions. Added an option to append mails to another file in the 'Save
as…' dialog.

Mails can now be marked, and subsequently be saved or deleted when the
file is saved. A preferences dialog has been added.

The threads in the menu are now sorted alphabetically. Header definitions
are now saved in a resource with the file, so each file can have it's own
set of strings that are used each time the file is opened. Fixed a bug (I
think) which caused a crash with Adobe Type Reunion. Modified default
strings are also remembered.
